National Relay Service is a phone solution for people who are deaf or have a hearing or speech impairment. The NRS helps people to have good phone conversations with less misunderstanding and repetition, make their own appointments, ring businesses and keep in touch with friends and family.

The NRS is an Australian Government initiative. HealthPoint is familiar with the use of this service and encourages its use amongst our patients.
